The above quote, made by an EPA scientist in 1990, is from the article below, regarding a family that began experiencing health problems after a cell tower was placed 800 feet from their Ohio dairy farm. Its an amazing story of how the EMFs from a cell tower affected people nearby in a few months.
…”Despite the conflicting [study] results, it is clear that some people are getting sick when they are heavily exposed to the new radio frequencies. And we are not listening to their complaints. Take the story of Michele Hertz. When a local utility company installed a wireless “smart” meter on her house in upstate New York in 2009, Hertz experienced “incredible memory loss,” and, at the age of 51, feared she had Alzheimer’s. On a hunch, she told Con Edison of New York to remove the wireless meter. Within days, the worst symptoms disappeared. But her exposure to the meters has super-sensitized Hertz to all kinds of other EMF sources. “Life,” she says, “has dramatically changed.”
I have heard the concerns are about how honeybees are affected.
ReplyDeleteAs a person who lives rurally this has been a concern of mine too in that farmers around me are often targeted, asked for permission to have towers put on their land. No way do I want one near me.
I have a cell phone however it has probably only been used a dozen times in the last year and is for emergencies only.
It is a shame so many people are addicted to their phones and are poisoning the air in ways most do not know.
Honey bees are getting hit double right now- many Bee Keepers are putting their bees close to GMO corn crops and also feeding their honey bee's GMO corn syrup- add that radio wave exposure and you have hive blight..
