Suggestion to combat microwave tower abuse

Suggestion to combat microwave tower abuse

I will use this simple method of NOTICE to the offending party...under common law.

Don Q.

NOTICE OF TRESPASS to:

TOD A. CLARNO - VP of AT&T
208 S AKARD STREET
DALLAS TX 75202

I have been suffering from fatigue and headaches. Heating of the brain and fatigue are listed as symptoms of exposure to microwave energy.

Upon Information and Belief, microwave energy emitted by AT&T owned equipment is/has been trespassing on my private property.

Upon Information and Belief, my home and property were in place before AT&T built many of their towers which surround my home (I have lived here since 1989).

I was never notified, nor did I ever knowingly give consent to AT&T to transmit microwave energy into and over my property.

AT&T has the largest number or towers

Upon Information and Belief, microwave energy can be used as a weapon.

My property is posted with NO TRESPASS signs. The Land Use Fee specified for trespass with a weapon is $1,000,000.00 per day per incident.

I submit that AT&T is well aware of the dangers of microwave EMF engergy. I submit that they have chosen 'profits' over the health of the populace.

I invite AT&T to place a broadband (3Hz to 300EHz) spectrum analyzer on my property for a one month period to monitor continuous (CW) and pulsed mode energy. Said analyzer should be able to record in Dranetz fashion.

Time is of the essence. AT&T has ten days to respond to this Notice. A default will be entered in the public records for a failure to respond. This Notice is promulgated under common law, the law of the land.

I put my name and address here and have it notarized and sent by the notary.
