BC Hydro Attempting to Disqualify Account Holders from Civil Lawsuit

BC Hydro Attempting to Disqualify Account Holders from Civil Lawsuit

spacer (1K)
For those "smart people" who have retained their analogue meters despite BC Hydro's harrassment and intimidation tactics, you are now faced with an extortion attempt, which is to pay $35 starting December 1st for the right to maintain your home free from a microwave radiation surveillance transmitter device which also has the potential to overheat and melt, risking fire to occur at the meter point, or somewhere else along the house wiring. Oh, and don't forget the security risk to your home and occupants, and onwards to the whole grid.

BC Hydro is sending out their extortion attempt under the disguise of a "choices" letter, which offers no choice at all for the thinking, democratically minded individual. However, if you complete this form, it will mean that you have entered into a new contract with BC Hydro. Therefore, we are suggesting that you may wish to maintain your true right of choice, and return these forms to BC Hydro with VOID written front and back. If you enter into an agreement with BC Hydro, even though it is unsuitable to you, it may disqualify you from benefitting from any new agreement we can obtain with BC Hydro by way of the civil lawsuit.

Here is our full update and suggestions on how to deal with the deadline

Here is a link to our suggested response to BC Hydro's "choices"

We are very thankful to our lawyer and his team of assistants for their unswerving professionalism and dedicated commitment to this cause.

Joining the Class Action
We all know something is very wrong with our government these days, that they continually bypass public scrutiny programs, interfere with supposedly independent oversight, refuse to uphold democratic and human rights, and even descend into extortion and abusive attempts to force unpopular and dangerous government activities upon the people.

We believe that we need to stand together, and use our legal system to support the rights that are enshrined in Canada and British Columbia. That is why we are using all efforts to challenge BC Hydro (read BC Liberals) in this Civil Lawsuit, which is the only such lawsuit moving through court process at this time. There is no risk to participate in this class action application. All names are kept confidential and not shared with anyone, all donations to CST are used only to fund legal actions and expenses related thereto, as no salaries are paid.

Realities to Consider when Making your Decision

Also, the fully approved Human Rights Class Action is the first of its kind to address accommodation requirements for those with electrosensitivity, but unfortunately, we have not been approved to represent everyone with all kinds of health conditions who need protection from smart meter emissions. We know that many others who have various health complications and conditions are adversely affected by wireless exposure and smart meters can be especially damaging to people with a range of health conditions due to the 24/7 pulsed exposure. We suggest that you do not be shy in bringing your own, individual need for analogue meter accommodation to the Human Rights Tribunal. They do have support to assist individuals making claims.

The Bees Need You to Make a Noise for Them, for All of Us

Please sign this petition to Stephen Harper, raising awareness about the risks to bees from
microwave radiofrequency radiation emitted by smart meters, cell towers, and all wireless devices impacting the natural environment. What's more important do you think, keeping bees healthy and alive or the wholesale, unregulated use of this technology?

AND THE LAST WORD goes to....."But the smart grid is increasingly understood as an over-engineered, ill-advised, financial boondoggle at taxpayer expense, capable of endangering the security of the entire national grid, violating constitutional privacy protections and endangering public health. In addition, the smart grid/metering has not been found to save energy when all the new variables in the system are factored in. Plus, time-of-use pricing is largely punitive to those who can least afford it. Time-of-use pricing is fundamentally a Wall Street model designed to maintain shareholder profits as we transition to more energy efficient models that will reduce demand." Comments from the Berkshire-Litchfield Environmental Council, page 5.
